You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as incidentally necessary for your authorized use.
You retain ownership of any content you provide through our Services ("User Content"), including voice conversations, data, and information. By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your User Content solely to provide and improve the Services. We will not share your User Content with third parties except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting us. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoiceHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; or (d) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Services by any third party. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content obtained through the Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoiceHub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another; or (d) your User Content.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
